Christian Mission English Medium School, Malappuram, came alive with the excitement of football as we celebrated the FIFA World Cup School Fest 2026 on 25 June 2026. The event brought together students, teachers, and staff in a joyful celebration of sports, teamwork, and the global spirit of football.

The celebration began with a grand inauguration by Mrs. Rejeni Matthew, Principal, and Mr. Jobin G. John, Manager, who officially kicked off the festivities and encouraged students to embrace the values of sportsmanship and unity.

The campus echoed with enthusiasm during the FIFA Theme Song March, followed by a vibrant cultural dance performance by the girls of Standards 5, 6, and 7. Young learners from LKG, UKG, and Standards 1 & 2 participated in a fun-filled kick-off event, while students of Standards 3 & 4 and the girls of Standards 5, 6 & 7 displayed their football skills in an exciting Penalty Shootout Competition.

The highlight of the day was a thrilling Friendly Football Match between the boys of Standards 5, 6, and 7. The match showcased teamwork, determination, discipline, and fair play, creating an unforgettable experience for everyone present.

The FIFA World Cup School Fest was more than a sporting event—it was a celebration of friendship, leadership, unity, and perseverance. Through sports, our students learned valuable life lessons while enjoying a day filled with energy, excitement, and memorable moments.
